Prepare a mini cupcake tin with liners (about 6-8 liners)
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 15 seconds then stir. Repeat this until the chocolate has completely melted. (For allergy friendly, make sure to use allergy friendly chocolate).
In another bowl, combine the wow butter and the powdered sugar. Mix till combined. I even microwaved this combo for 10 seconds or so to get it a little easier to work with.
Spread about a tablespoon of chocolate on the bottom of each cupcake liner
Next add about a tablespoon of the wow butter mixture on top of the chocolate
Cover the wow butter with more melted chocolate and smooth out the top
Refrigerate for at least and hour or until chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!
