Chocolate Wow Butter Cookie Bark

This Chocolate Wow Butter Cookie Bark is made with homemade Wow Butter Cookies and is simply delicious. This recipe is gluten free, egg free, nut free and can easily be vegan by using allergy friendly chocolate!

  • 8 oz melted chocolate chopped (make sure to use allergy friendly for vegan- I used dark chocolate)
  • 5 or more wow butter cookies chopped


  • Line a small baking dish with parchment paper. I used an 11x7 inch. Set aside. 
  • Place the chopped chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 15 second increments, stirring after each time, until fully melted.
  • Pour all but 2 tablespoons of the chocolate into the lined pan. Spread the chocolate out with a small spatula or the back of a spoon. 
  • Sprinkle the chopped cookies on top of the melted chocolate. 
  • Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the top and freeze for 15-20 min or until solid. Take out of the freezer and break into chunks. You can of course cut it with a knife, but I prefer the rustic look when making chocolate bark. Enjoy! 
  • NOTE: You can use any cookies you love for this recipe, including store bought.
