Prepare a mini cupcake tin with liners (about 6-8 liners)
Place the 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.Heat in 15 second increments until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Spread about a tablespoon of chocolate on the bottom of each cupcake liner.
In another bowl, mix together the ½ cup wow butter and the 3 tablespoons powdered sugar until combined. You can microwave this combo for 10 seconds or less so it's a little easier to work with.
Next, add about 1 tablespoon of the wow butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
Cover the wow butter with more melted chocolate until you reach the top of the muffin liner and smooth out the top.
Refrigerate for at least an hour or until chocolate has hardened and you’re done!Make sure to leave out for a while before consuming or the chocolate will be rock hard.
