This S’mores Dip is the easiest way to eat S'mores! It only requires 3 ingredients and takes less than 15 minutes to make, start to finish, and will be devoured by you and your loved ones in probably the same amount of time! It's enough to feed a family and is the perfect quick dessert recipe for parties! Best yet, this version is gluten free, nut free, eggless and vegan!
Place the 12 ounces of chocolate chips in an 8 or 9 inch round baking dish.
For regular size marshmallows place the 10 ounces of marshmallows long side down onto the chocolate chips in a circular motion. You want to cover the entire thing with marshmallows. For mini marshmallows: simply pour the 10 ounces of mini marshmallows over the chocolate chips.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the marshmallows are nice and golden brown.
Remove from oven and dunk in your gluten free graham’s, scoop up the marshmallowy chocolatey goodness and enjoy! Be careful because the pan will be blazing hot!

Vegan: Use vegan gluten free marshmallows, vegan/gf chocolate chips and vegan/gf graham crackers. Note: Vegan marshmallows get very crispy on the parts that are toasted. If you don't want the crispiness, just heat them until they are soft; do not wait until they turn golden. Storing: Once completely cool, store extra s'mores dip in the baking dish, wrapped in aluminum foil in the fridge for up to 2 days.Reheating: To reheat, cover baking dish with foil and pop back in the 425 degree oven for a few minutes until everything is all gooey again. Do not microwave: the marshmallows just expand and heat in seconds while the chocolate will still be a solid rock. I do not recommend freezing this dip.
