In a separate large bowl, beat or whisk the fruity heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Using a spatula, pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture into the heavy whipped cream.
Whisk the mixture until soft peaks form again. Do not over whisk.
Pour ½ cup rainbow sprinkles into the ice cream mixture. Use the spatula to fold them in.
Pour half the ice cream mixture into a 9 x 5 loaf pan or freezer safe ice cream container that has a rectangular shape.
Smooth the ice cream with the back of a spoon.
Using a half of a teaspoon, dollop the 1.5 tablespoons strawberry sauce in 6 places: 2 dollops at the top, 2 in the middle and 2 at the bottom.
Take a butter knife and gently make swirls with the strawberry sauce.
Pour the rest of the ice cream mixture in, smooth the top again and repeat the dolloping of the strawberry sauce.

Notes
Notes: You can leave the sprinkles out but do not replace them with Fruity Pebbles™. The cereal can not be poured into the ice cream. When it freezes, it creates a very chewy texture that can cause you to choke. You can sprinkle some pebbles on top of the ice cream right before serving if desired. Vegan: Use a dairy-free heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed coconut milk that's also gluten free, vegan/gf rainbow cereal and vegan/ gf rainbow sprinkles. Storing: Store the ice cream in a 9 x 5 loaf pan or in an airtight ice cream container in the freezer for 14 days. If using a loaf pan, cover the top with plastic wrap and then aluminum foil for up to 14 days.Nutrition: The info below is a generated estimate and is not guaranteed to be accurate.
