Chocolate bark is probably one of the easiest things you will ever make (aside from my Cocoa Dusted Truffles) and the possibilities are endless!

For this recipe I used my homemade Wow Butter Sandwich Cookies but you can use any cookies that you love...including store bought.

    What Is Wow Butter?

For those of you that don’t know, Wow Butter is a nut free butter spread that is made in a gluten free, tree nut free, peanut free, egg free and dairy free facility.

Wow Butter also contains no seeds and is made of soy.

It is perfect for my household since my kids have issues will all those items aside from dairy (finally) and soy.

I am lucky enough to have this product in my local grocery store, but you can also buy it on amazon.

How the Make Chocolate Wow Butter Cookie Bark

    Step 1: Cover the Dish

Line a small baking dish with parchment paper. I used an 11x7 inch. Set aside.

    Step 2: Microwave the Chocolate

Place the chopped chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 20 second increments, stirring after each time, until fully melted.

Step 3: Pour the Chocolate In

Pour all but 2 tablespoons of the chocolate into the lined pan. Spread the chocolate out with a small spatula or the back of a spoon.

Step 4: Sprinkle the Topping and Freeze

In this case we are using cookies, but you of course can really put whatever topping you’d like.

Sprinkle your chopped cookies on top of the melted chocolate.
Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the top and freeze for 15-20 min or until solid.

    Step 5: Break it Up

Take out of the freezer and break into chunks. You can of course cut it with a knife, but I prefer the rustic look when making chocolate bark. And that’s it!

Dark Chocolate Wow Butter Cookie Bark takes minutes to make and is a yummy allergy friendly treat for all! Enjoy!
